Training for leadership teams and pedagogical coordinators: distributed leadership, management of teaching teams, participatory decision-making and building a school culture.
School climate and coexistence
Programs to improve coexistence: bullying prevention, peer mediation, conflict resolution and the creation of positive coexistence protocols. We work with the entire educational community.
Prevention of teacher burnout
Burnout is a growing reality in education. We offer prevention and recovery programs that combine individual tools, group support and proposals for organizational change.
